Gretna Art Show where kids can make crafts.  If you would like to get involved with GM4K, contact Mika Cook [email protected]  or call 717-361-1508

Gretna Music

Arts and Culture play an important role in sustaining healthy communities.  Please see our volunteer page https://gretnamusic.org/donate/#volunteer for opportunities to learn how to help out in the Mt. Gretna Playhouse Concession Stand, serve as an usher at performances, sit on one of our committees, host a musician in your home, have you house highlighted on our annual Tour of Homes and Gardens, stuff and seal mailings, and so much more!  Questions?  Email us at [email protected] or call 717-361-1508

GASP – The Gretna Arts Safety Plan is a community-wide ad hoc group through Fall 2022 to help increase safety and emergency preparedness for Gretna arts and culture organizations. If you would like to learn more, email us at [email protected]   or call 717-361-1508

Mount Gretna Area Historical Society Volunteer Opportunities
Do you love history and stories of the past? We need you! The following categories will give you an idea of specific volunteer opportunities that are available. For a list of opportunities, click here: https://mtgretnahistory.org/support/volunteer/ To contact MGAHS directly, email [email protected]

Do you love the arts? Do you love Mount Gretna? You might enjoy being part of the Mount Gretna Arts Council. We produce the website, the summer calendar, the summer Premiere, and donate funds to Gretna 501(c)3 organization arts projects. If you would like to be on the Arts Council, please contact Jennifer Besse at [email protected]. If you would like to help with the Summer Premiere, contact Jaunine Donelly at [email protected]

The Pennsylvania Chautauqua is an organization that relies heavily on volunteerism. Whether they spend a few hours a month, or several hours a week, a core group of volunteers work together to bring the Pennsylvania Chautauqua Summer Programs to Mount Gretna. If you would like to get involved with any of our programs, click HERE or EMAIL us at [email protected]

We love our perennials, annuals, trees and shrubs on the Chautauqua grounds. Would you consider donating a couple of hours each month during the growing season to help keep things tidy and healthy? You’d have a small section to “oversee”. No mulching required! Just a clippers, gloves and a watering can. Let us know if interested by emailing us at [email protected]
